Good food. Comfy but basic rooms. Got a good night's sleep. Nothing to complain about.
Great hotel in a beautiful setting without being pretenious. Staff are great

Very good and convenient. A bit pricey.
A home away from home. The place is nice and safe. Excellent services from the staff (Thank you Alma). I will definitely recommend this place to my friends back home.

The owners are super nice, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice sized and clean along with the bathrooms. The breakfast in the morning is absolutly sufficient and it can vary according to personal requests. Well worth a stay
Lovely people, very clean, excellent location (short walking distance and 20 minutes to Central London)!

Amazing food!! They have a whole menu of vegan meals so I was completely spoilt for choice! Unfortunately the service can be very slow here (don't go if you are in any kind of rush) and their heating was broken last time I went. But the food really is very good.
Food is lovley!! But need to sort out their heating, for the last month they have had stand alone heaters which don't work. Fix it for your customers and your staff! Otherwise great pub, service and food!

We had a nice meal at lunch time. I had a tortilla with Chipotle sauce although it was nice wouldn't have it again as very spicy. Plenty on the menu to choose from. The waitress was very friendly and didn't call us guys! Which I hate. Reasonably priced
Lovely restaurant. Food great. Staff very friendly. Had to wait a while for service and drinks. To be expected this time of the year l. X

Very nice clean pub in coulsdon. Good choice of real ales. Very clean toilet facilities, I will definitely visit the place again.
The only pub in the town centre. There's no onsite parking and it can sometimes be tricky to find a space nearby. Otherwise it's a fair walk from the car park in Lion Green Road. The pub is quite spacious, we've never had any problem finding a seat. The staff are friendly and the drink prices are about average. There always seems to be a good selection of well kept real ales. Food range and quality is fine, much like a Wetherspoons really with the usual daily deals and offers like a burger and a drink for six quid-ish 😉 There's a heated, covered smoking area at the back but no garden. Even though they have a monopoly in the town, standards are kept quite high. Worth a visit.

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
Alderstead Heath Caravan Club Site, Dean Lane, Merstham, Redhill RH1 3AH, UK – 01737 644629
Lovely site. So quite considering so close to London. Play park for the kids. Chalets plus glamping available. Green parrots wild here. Lots of wildlife. Historic church in short walking distance with rare 1200ad wall painting. Staff nice and very helpful. Been here several times now. Don't enter with caravan from Dean Lane!!
Good site close to the M25. Not ideal when visiting London, Abbey Wood or Crystal Palace are better options when you have a Motorhome and are using public transport. Wardens are very helpful and welcoming.
